Edlesborough

Edlesborough is in the county of Buckinghamshire and also includes the villages of Dagnall and Northall, with Edlesborough being the largest of the three. Eaton Bray is a village and civil parish in the South district of Bedfordshire. The Village has a Nisa convenience store which offers a wide range of branded and own-label products as well as newspapers and confectionery. There’s also a local butcher’s shop, a popular Chinese takeaway and The White Horse public house in Eaton Bray.

Redbourn

Redbourn is a charming Hertfordshire village which has a wonderful sense of community. The High Street boasts several shops as well as an Indian restaurant, Fish & Chip shop, Clipping Marvellous Dog Groomers, Sean's Bakery and The Hub Coffee Shop. The Village Hall regularly hosts clubs and events for everyone to take part in.

Markyate

Markyate is located in the county of Hertfordshire and was once a major coaching stop on the highway from London to Birmingham. Markyate also offers several local services including a mini supermarket with integrated Post Office, pharmacy, bakery, dry cleaners and a hairdresser. Whipsnade

Whipsnade is a small village in the county of Bedfordshire which lies with the Chiltern Hills and is home to the Whipsnade Tree Cathedral and ZSL Whipsnade Zoo.

Flamstead

Flamstead stands on a ridge above the River Ver. The first documented record of the village was in 1006 and it is also recoded in the Domesday Book. The Church of St Leonard’s that is believed to stand on the site of a ninth-century Saxon Chapel dominates the village skyline. For amenities there is a local shop and three pubs within the village

Studham

Studham, situated in the gorgeous countryside south of Dunstable Downs, was originally in both Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, thus the two Manor houses. County boundary changes, the last ones being 1906, mean that the entire Parish is now in Bedfordshire, although connections with Hertfordshire are still strong.
