With over three decades of experience in administration and organizational management,
I have established myself as a dynamic and meticulous professional. Combining a
passion for efficiency with a natural aptitude for leadership, I have consistently
demonstrated a commitment to excellence in every role I have undertaken.

I first trained as a Medical Secretary achieving the highest possible results through
hard work and determination. This education has been instrumental in shaping my analytical
and problem-solving abilities, enabling me to tackle complex challenges with confidence and
creativity.

Over the years, I have amassed a wealth of experience in administration, working
across a variety of sectors including medical, civil and structural engineering, non-profit and
in the civil service helping to maintain the largest transactional database in the world.

A strong advocate for technology integration, I have successfully implemented digital
tools and platforms to streamline workflows, improve communication, and enhance
productivity. My expertise in project management software, data analysis tools, and other
administrative technologies has been pivotal in driving organisational success.

My leadership style is characterised by a blend of empathy, clear communication, and
a strategic approach to problem-solving. I believe that a team thrives when its members
are empowered and supported, and I am dedicated to fostering a collaborative and
inclusive work environment. Under my guidance, teams have consistently met and
exceeded goals, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.

In addition to my leadership abilities, I am an excellent communicator, skilled at

organization’s objectives. I have a proven history of mentoring and developing staff,

Outside of work, I love spending time with her family including her two teenage
children. I am a keen baker and is currently planning my garden remodelling.
