MANAGING DIRECTOR
When looking to move to a new area, change your property type to suit your current lifestyle, or simply up sticks and sell your home, one of the most important factors is having someone who fully understands what the process entails from a personal perspective to guide you. Someone who will actually listen, so that a suitable match can be found for your requirements. All of these qualities are something I can offer you in abundance when you work with me and my team here at Fine & Country Chichester, as managing director of your local branch.

I moved to the UK from Madeira at just nine years old as one of seven children, swapping the rugged coastline of a tiny island off the coast of Portugal, for the rolling hills of Surrey, where I had to learn English from scratch. It was this experience that undoubtedly fueled the tenacity I have today, as I was determined to succeed. Having landed my first job in an estate agency at the tender age of 18, I have never looked back.

Shortly after I moved to Chichester and bought my first home, and this is an area I have not only remained in but have helped countless clients also find their dream homes. I have now been in the area for almost two decades, and in this time I’ve accumulated an invaluable amount of knowledge and experience in residential sales in the upper quartile of the market. This includes practically every type of property search including city-center apartments, family homes, rural farmhouses, equestrian properties, country estates, or coastal retreats.

I have a strong desire to recognise both buyers and sellers and truly understand the motivation behind every move. In particular, the appreciation that a move can be a mental, physical and emotional experience, which is why I bring my expertise in all aspects of the process to ensure the transition for my clients is as smooth as possible.

To further guarantee that my level of dedication is maintained with each client, I limit the number of properties I take on at any one time, so that I can continue to offer the bespoke level of service my clients not only expect but deserve. After all, property is one of the most valuable assets any of us can ever come to own, not least as a place where we will spend the majority of our time as we live out our lives.

On a personal level, I have also moved several times with my husband and two children within the wider Chichester area. Each move has consisted of substantial renovation works, so whether you are looking for a property that is ready to move into, or if you too have grand plans for what you intend to achieve, I can tailor your search to suit bringing my personal experience to the table.

Whatever your property search entails or likewise, whichever property type you are intending to sell with us, I look forward to assisting you throughout every stage of the process as your Managing Director of Fine & Country Chichester.
