The kitchen and breakfast room benefit from a feature window, offering beautiful views onto the terrace and garden. The bespoke kitchen has been cleverly designed to include an island and a variety of built-in appliances. There's ample space to dine, in addition to easy access to the terrace for al-fresco dining. A useful utility, WC and study complete the ground floor.

The galleried landing benefits from the lantern roof and is flooded with light. The main bedroom, which has fitted storage and a large en-suite with bath and separate shower, has access onto a private balcony, giving fabulous views out over the garden and beyond to Springs Hill. Bedroom two, which has an en-suite shower room, also benefits from access to a balcony and the remaining 3 bedrooms share the spacious main bathroom.

The Hop House is approached from Tankards Lane with wooden electric gates giving access to a large, gravelled parking area with space for several vehicles. The west-facing gardens have mainly been laid to lawn and can be enjoyed from the generous terrace which wraps around the side of the house. The perfect space to unwind at the end of the day and watch the sunset whilst taking in the vistas toward Springs Hill.
