Attractions

A stunning place for both walking and cycling the two adjoining villages of Silverdale and Arnside both offer unique attractions. The village of Silverdale is spread out across rolling fields and offers a selection of pubs and cafes to enjoy. The promenade of Arnside is a lovely trip out to enjoy the small high street of independent shops and cafes. Both places, along with the surrounding villages of stunning walks, cycle routes and bridleways.

Silverdale and Arnside both enjoy local amenities including shops, a post office and doctors. The market town of Carnforth is just 3 miles away and offers a full range of everyday amenities.

Education

A lovely choice of primary schools in Silverdale, Arnside, Storth, Beetham, Yealand and Warton. For secondary age, there are good connections for the secondary schools of Lancaster and the Queen Elizabeth School in Kirkby Lonsdale.

Commuting

Both Silverdale and Arnside have train stations connecting to Carnforth and Lancaster where you can enjoy direct west coast mainline connections to Manchester, London and more.
