The situation

The vendor of 50 Boroughgate had agreed a sale on a new property and was looking for an agent that could reach a wide audience, showcase the property to its best potential and agree a sale in a relatively quick time frame.

Our strategy

Our marketing and sales team met with the vendor to understand the bespoke needs and requirements of the family. After receiving a tour of the property and understanding the history and enhancements made to 50 Boroughgate, property marketing was created in the form of a brochure with professional photography, floor plans and EPC. The property was launched onto the market through Rightmove, On The Market and the Fine & Country website.

The property was launched onto our social media channels, which include Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.

We also promoted the property in Cumbria Life which is a local glossy lifestyle magazine along with other local newspaper advertising.

In the background our sales team were matching the property to our extensive list of proceedable buyers and current vendors who were looking for their next dream home. The property was quickly identified as matching the key criteria for one of our vendors and an early viewing was arranged.

The result

The property was on the market for a total of a week before it sold above the asking price.
